Sharron Angle has agreed to withdraw her initiative for a second time to correct problems with the summary and with the initiative itself.  If the initiative is re-filed, it will be the third version of the initiative filed with the Secretary of State.  Angle has agreed that if she does re-file it, the petition will contain an accurate summary that was drafted by the Nevada State AFL-CIO.
